قدم طلبك لتكون من ضمن قائمة المدربين الخاصة بنا في السليمانية و نينوى

يجب ان يمتلك المدرب/ة:

• خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال تقديم الدورات في المجال الذي تم التقديم عليه.
• شهادة جامعية ذات صلة بمجال التدريب الذي تم التقديم عليه، ان لم يكن كذلك، فيجب ان يمتلك خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في ذلك المجال. (نقطة استبدال الشهادة بالخبرة لا تنطبق على جميع مجالات التدريب).
• ان يكون قادراً على تقديم الدورات للمجتمعات المستضعفة و باللغة التي يفهموها (نينوى: العربية، السليمانية: العربية و الكوردية).
• تقديم المراجع، الشهادات، و اي دليل على الخبرة عند الطلب.
• تقديم منهج الى منظمة REACH قبل بداية الدورة التدريبية.
• ادراكاً للعمل الانساني مع التركيز على مواضيع العنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي، حماية الطفل، و الحماية.
• ان يمتلك حساب، او تكون له القدرة على فتح حساب في بنك RT.

Apply to be on our trainers roster in Sulaymaniyah and Nineveh

The trainer must:

• Have at least 2 years of experience in providing trainings in the field applied for.
• Have a college degree related to the topic of the training applied for; if not, the trainer must have at least 5 years of experience in that field. (This equivalence of the experience to the degree does not apply to all the topics).
• Be able to train vulnerable communities in the language they understand (Nineveh: Arabic- Sulaymaniyah: Arabic and Kurdish).
• Provide references, certificates, or proof of knowledge upon request.
• Provide a curriculum to REACH before the beginning of the training.
• An understanding of humanitarian work with consideration to GBV, Child Protection, and Safeguarding.
• Have a bank account, or have the ability to open a bank account, with RT bank.
