Summary
Coordinate with HRA and Customer Care to prepare well trained staff and ensure the availability of updated information for all Commercial employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize, control and implement training for all new Customer Care employees.
- Organize, control and implement functional on job training for all Customer Care functions.
- Prepare and update trainees booklets information.
- Update Customer Care staff with new procedures and services (announcement & update information resources information bank).
- Answer inquiries received from Customer Care staff related to business information.
- Coordinate with Customer Care Support to create system users for new recruiters.
- Prepare and conduct monthly information quiz for Customer Care employees and report results to Customer Care Management.
