Customer Care Training Specialist



Summary

Coordinate with HRA and Customer Care to prepare well trained staff and ensure the availability of updated information for all Commercial employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize, control and implement training for all new Customer Care employees.
  • Organize, control and implement functional on job training for all Customer Care functions.
  • Prepare and update trainees booklets information.
  • Update Customer Care staff with new procedures and services (announcement & update information resources information bank).
  • Answer inquiries received from Customer Care staff related to business information.
  • Coordinate with Customer Care Support to create system users for new recruiters.
  • Prepare and conduct monthly information quiz for Customer Care employees and report results to Customer Care Management.

  • Very Good command of MS. Office mainly (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access is a plus).
