Position Summary:Loading Assistant is field position under HKN Well Process Facility Supervisor supervision, working 4 weeks No/Off.Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing safe loading operations at Swara Tika Facilities and unloading operations at DNO Fishkhabour Terminal, witness the custody transfer of crude oil under direction of HKN Wellsite Supervisor.
- Responsible for inspecting oil tankers for safety.
- Ensures that HKN’s policies and procedures are followed.
- Responsible for administrative work associated with witnessing custody transfer that includes but is not limited to stamping bills of lading, entering data into an Excel spreadsheet, filing, scanning bills of lading and loading tankers.
- Will rotate between HKN site facilities and or DNO Fishkabour unloading Terminal (rotational periods)
- Ability to Work in hot and cold climates and in remote locations, accommodation at remote site camp location.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Excellent computer skills, i.e., MS Excel, MS Office, Outlook and MS Visio.
- Communicate fluently both verbally and in writing in the English languages, Kurdish, and Arabic.
- Prepare daily report logs.
- Previous experience working at an oil and gas facility essential.
- Numerate university degree an advantage
- Previous experience working in a tanker loading operation essential.
- Processing plant experience an advantage.
