Qualifications & Preferred Skills

Duties (Summary)

Under the direct supervision of the Supply Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for make-ready projects and general property control. S/he maintains and controls property records and filing all relevant records and documents.  The Incumbent also updates all the records to the control systems and participates in annual inventory. S/he assists Supply clerk-NXP with the check-in/out process.

Qualifications & Preferred Skills

Education

Completion of Secondary school education is required. (12-Years of Study)

Prior Work Experience

Two (2) years of clerical experience related to Property and Supply or Warehouse is required.

Language Required 

 

English Level III (Good Working Knowledge) Speaking/Reading/Writing is required. (This May be Tested)

Arabic Level IV (Fluent) Speaking/Reading/Writing is required. (This May be Tested)

 

Skills and Abilities

Must have a valid driver’s license (Category B or equivalent) for Iraq
