Account Executive
Responsible for the day-to-day support of existing accounts, being the primary point of contact between the client and the agency.
The account manager provides customer support, organizes creative support, plans and optimizes the social media strategy and creates the content calendar, as well as further develops the good relationship with the client.
Reporting to the Social Media Director.
Job description
- In time follow up of actions
- Analyzes existing client performances, finds opportunities, creates projects
- Ensures proposals for new business opportunities are sent out promptly
- Internal organization and close contact with media planning, influencer and creative departments
- General administration of social media managers and content creators
- Recording and analyzing KPI’s, and reports management on results and possible improvements
Function requirements
- Macintosh user (keynote, pages, numbers)
- Minimum 3 years Account Management experience
- Excellent reading and writing business English
