The International Rescue Committee, Inc. (IRC) is a private international, nonsectarian, voluntary organization providing relief, protection and resettlement services for refugees and victims of oppression or violent conflict.
The IRC Iraq country program is issuing this RFP to solicit competitive, sealed proposals to establish a long term agreement to secure competitive proposals to select one vendor or more for the International Rescue Committee as a Law Firm to IRC Iraq.
Interested and suitably qualified Law Firms may request complete tender information from the IRC offices located at:
