DNI Analyst

The Digital Network Intelligence (DNI) Analyst will serve on a computer network operations (CNO) intelligence team, focused on the threat to networked weapons platforms and US and DoD information networks. The DNI Analyst will collaborate with analytical counterparts across the U.S. Intelligence Community and apply knowledge of threat environment, open-source tools, and current implementation of threat technologies in order to devise all-source analytic/collection strategies to pursue access and exploitation of targets of interest.

Required Skills / Experience:
Perform DNI analysis for specified target sets and format the information for dissemination.

Perform technical metadata and content analysis of threat adversary automated information systems.

Utilize target development databases, analyze social and telecommunications networks and exploit high priority targets.

Perform sustained target analysis through the use of DNI/DNR analytic techniques.

Provide synthesized products to customers by researching, analyzing and reporting intelligence via the appropriate reporting vehicles.

Analyze network events to determine the impact on current operations and conduct all-source research to determine adversary capability and intent.

Shall have demonstrated expertise in intelligence collection in support of gathering data from target or adversary automated information systems or networks, to include providing direct DNI tradecraft, analysis and reporting support; knowledge in SIGINT development (SIGDEV) or computer network provider capabilities and workflows and experience in conducting technical metadata or content analysis.

Shall have demonstrated expertise in digital network characterization, reconstruction, mapping, or vulnerability assessments, as well as a working knowledge in language and technical analysis and exploitation techniques, tool providers, capabilities or workflows.

Demonstrated experience in any of the following areas: SIGDEV; DNI analysis, mapping and reconstruction; CNE exploitation; DNI/DNR convergence; Target templating; Social Network Analysis (SNA); Network vulnerability assessments; Remote forensics analysis; Technical, tactical, or traditional product reporting; and/or Technical language analysis, development or exploitation.

Work experience with any of the following Tools/Databases:
DX, XKS, MDR1, MDR2, UTT, GRAPEVINE, TKB, PlatinumStar

Qualifications:
2-8 years of related work experience

Preferred Skills / Experience:
Experience as a language analyst: Russian, Korean, Chinese, Arabic

Bachelors Degree in a technical or intel related field
