  • The successful candidate will work closely with the design and graphic arts team to deliver content that exceeds the expectations of our clients.
  • You will also be able to implement your creative vision and become the point of reference for any creative plan that wants to make its way to the customers.
  • The goal is to achieve the best possible outcome of our projects both visually and essentially to meet customer expectations and drive our sustainable growth.
  • Directing and motivating teams of graphic designers, content managers, 3D designers to help them use their talents effectively.
  • Taking responsibility for the creative philosophy and the standard of output across the department.
  • Give updates on the progress of each project and stage of their development and creation phase to executive creative leadership.
  • Overseeing several projects from start to finish, keeping to deadlines, and signing off on these projects before they are presented.
  • Revise all product or digital related contents, approve/reject ideas, provide feedback to the team.
  • Proven experience as a creative head or in a similar creative role.
  • Hand-on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design and brand development.
  • Excellent working knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.
  • Exemplary interpersonal and analytical abilities.
  • BSc/BA in advertising, fine art, design or relevant field; MSc/MA will be considered an asset.
