Invitation to Tender – T21-017
REF: MAG IRAQ – Provision of Visibility items
MAG has worked in Iraq since 1992 to make land safe for populations affected by decades of conflict. Landmines, cluster munitions, other unexploded bombs, as well as new contamination from the recent conflict with ISIS, have left a deadly legacy that prevents communities from using their land, and displaced populations from returning home safely.
MAG invites you to submit bids to provide the Provision of Visibility items for a period of 12 months, renewable for an extra 12 months with the agreement of both parties:

Release Date 06 July 2021 11:00 Local Iraq Time
Clarification Deadline 25 July 2021 16:00 Local Iraq Time
Closure Date 26 July 2021 16:00 Local Iraq Time

Administration Evaluation:
Suppliers should return the following to make their bid meet the administrative essential requirements:
Annex 1 – Price offer sheet filled and signed mandatory.
Annex 2 – Supplier Profile and Registration Form, filled and signed/mandatory.
Annex 3 – Supplier Ethical Standards, filled and signed/ mandatory.
Copy of Business Registration/MOU or equivalent proof of registration to show local presence in Iraq, either directly or in the form of an authorized Agent /mandatory.
List of Clients/mandatory.

Note: The bidders who will pass the administration stage will be contacted to provide a sample of each item in the price offer sheet (see Annex – 1)

Technical criteria

Samples Evaluation (60%)
Bidders who will pass the administration stage, will be requested to submit a sample for the required items.

Financial evaluation (40%)
Best price will receive maximum points
Offers will be graded based on the formula:
Grade = (Best Price / Offered Price) x 40 points

Ways of bids submission:
Bids submission process could be done in two different ways:
Hard copy:

between 8 am and 4 pm Sunday to Thursday.
The tender must contain all the documents specified above and indicate in clear writing on the envelope the name of the tenderer and the code of the bid “T21-017”. The delivery will happen by depositing the envelope in the locked tender box and signing the relative Bid Submission Form.

Make sure to mention the tender reference number in the subject of the email.

Important notes to bidders:
MAG reserves the right to award the contract to more than one bidder.
MAG reserves the right to do a cherry picking (partially award for the contract).
All docs should be included on a zipped file named Tender T21-017_Provision of Visibility items.
The subject of the message should be Submission of Bid for T21-017_Provision of Visibility items
Please notice that during application period access to the submission address is locked to ensure the safety of the electronic bids.
MAG will consider all submissions before the deadline and make an award based on an assessment of the quality, technical requirements, and value for money of the bid offered.

Additional information before the deadline for submission of tenders
Tenderers may submit questions in writing to up to seven days before the deadline for submission of tenders, specifying the publication reference and the contract title. If any, all responses to additional information will be made available to all companies that will solicit the tender dossier.

In order to objectively compare the bids, the currency used must be only in United States Dollars (USD), which is going to be the currency to honour the agreement.

 

 

 

Any and all agreements entered into as a result of this call will be subject to MAG’s Service Level Agreement or Terms and Conditions unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

All bidders will be contacted with the outcome of the award.

MAG reserves the right to reject any and all proposal.
MAG shall not be liable for any costs incurred in the submission of any proposal.
