The Reporting officer will provide program team and senior management with report writing, information collecting and translation
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Help with translating project related reports between Arabic and English languages
- Work and communicate with field teams and contacts to receive daily information
- Assist the management with the collection of information
- Provide guidance to program supported staff to ensure successful reporting of weekly, monthly reports and contracts.
- Coordinate the production of various informational program-related documents upon request by senior management
- Assist in the development of new project proposals for donors
- Ensure any other duties as may be requested by the management.

Qualifications & Preferred Skills
- Experience of working in a reporting role
- Must have Advanced knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels, both orally and in writing
- Ability to work under own initiative
- Attention to detail
