Requirements:
– Skills for the implementation of a new project.
– Ability to self-organization.
– Knowledge of the agricultural sector of Turkey is welcome.
– Sociability, ability to negotiate contracts and agreements.
– Initiative.
– Knowledge of the English language (knowledge of the Russian language is welcome).
– Age from 25 to 40 years (Male).
– Higher education.
– PC user with basic proficiency in MS Office, Power Point.
Duties and Responsibilities:
– Representing of company interests in state bodies of Turkey related to company registration and obtaining the necessary certificates and permits.
– Search for partners and conclusion of contracts for the provision of services such as:
- help in certification of production and products;
- help in issuing work permits to foreign workers;
- analysis of finished products for compliance with local standards;
- recording experiment and test results, etc.
– Search for buildings and premises for office, plant and farm according to the objectives of the project. Negotiating the agreements of lease and use, accepting rented real estate for use. Organization of provision of necessary communications and infrastructure, organization of maintenance works if necessary.
– Organization of custom clearance process and installation of equipment.
– Organization of the supply of goods, services and others necessary for project implementation.
– If necessary, recruiting staff.
– preparation, support and organization of events devoted to promotion of the company products in accordance to the instructions of the head office.
– Finding local suppliers of agricultural equipment.
– Domestic business trips.

– Conclusion of an employment contract with a foreign company.
– Office in Turkey (in near future).
