2021-09-07 [Erbil,Iraq ] Purpose/objective of the position: The Gender Based Violence (GBV) Case Worker provides appropriate and timely case management by assessing the needs of survivors / those at risk of GBV, supporting the survivor and those close to the survivor with basic psychosocial counselling, and developing and implementing tailored case plans based on needs and ensuring appropriate follow-up while creating a climate of trust and care.   Generic Duties: Conduct case management intake interviews

Purpose/objective of the position: The Lawyer is responsible for providing legal information, counselling and assistance to vulnerable persons in order to obtain civil documentation or retrieve lost documents. In addition, the Lawyer is in charge of planning and conducting awareness raising sessions on issues related to the law.   Main legal issues to be covered include: Family law; Gender-based violence and child protection; Legal identity including obtaining civil documentation necessary to access rights and services
