JOB PURPOSE The Legal officer is responsible for coordinating, consolidating, and ensuring smooth implementation of and adherence to legal procedures. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Monitor legal risk in documentation and giving guidance on the acceptable assumption of risk. • Ensure that appropriate approvals are in place before legal documents are executed. • Manage regulatory and
