Sealed tender offers with required documents and Samples have to be submitted to organization office in Manbij as hardcopy before closing date and time: 21st of October 2020 at 12:00 pm Syrian local time.
Envelope opening session will be held on 21st of October 2020 at 13:00 pm at Manbij office.
Tenderers or their authorized representatives are invited to be present at the envelope opening.
