Al Eslah is a non-profit and non-governmental association, registered in Iraq with the No. (1L43534), and has been working in Iraq since 2012. Al Eslah operates in Iraq through 3 basic offices, the implemented projects vary to include but are not limited to: education, protection and response to survivors of GBV, projects to support young people and building capabilities to generate outcomes that create a sustainable and enabling environment for youth to achieve their potential
Specific Objectives and Linked Activities:(Accelerated Learning Point)
• Coordinate and assist with team Leader to make sure that all activities are well done.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate program staff working in the targeted areas.
• Gathering all required official documents that are needed for the program.
• Coordinate and facilitate all program activities.
• undertake any other task assigned to him/her by The Project Manager.
Requirements and skills
High school diploma or similar.
Minimum of 2 years experience.
On-the-job training.
Excellent communication skills.
Confidence and skilful negotiating skills.
Computer literate.
Strong organizational skills to give the team direction.
