All bids must be submitted before 28th of November 2021 at 14:00 (Iraq time) at the address mentioned above in a sealed envelope mentioning the RFQ reference on it or by E-mail at

 

Late Bids will be automatically rejected.

 

Concern retains the right to accept or reject any offer/proposal prior to the award of contract and to annul the bidding process and reject all offers at any time.

Concern will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to Concern.
